After the build, we stay on retainer to keep the pager on, update prompts and evals, and train the team that takes it over. When you don't need us, you stop paying us.

A small skunkworks out of the Midwest.
Labette Technology is a small, deliberately small, engineering practice. We've run platform teams at Fortune 500s and shipped side doors at seed-stage startups. We've seen both rooms. We prefer the second one.
We don't do slide decks, transformation programs, or capability assessments. We take one real workflow — the one that's costing you people-hours every week — and we replace it with something measurable. Usually an agent. Sometimes a boring script. Whatever actually works.
We work with operator CEOs at companies doing $10M to $500M in revenue. You know your business. You don't need a consultant. You need a partner who can read your Python, sit with your ops lead, and not flinch at the CSV.
